Kermit Jr High Spring Picture Day is Tuesday, March 4, 2025
Bullying of any form is unacceptable. Bullying comes in many forms (name calling, leaving people out, spreading rumors, and/or mentally and physically harming someone). Insensitive comments about race or immigration status are considered bullying. Bullying can occur in person, in writing, online, on cell phones, in school, on the bus, on social media, or anywhere. This is not acceptable and many times may have serious consequences.
All students should be free from worries about being bullied. Therefore, if a parent or students knows of someone who is being bullied, or if you are being bullied, please let a school staff member, school counselor, or campus administrator know.

Appreciation Day!!
KJH will hold a Scholastic Book Fair from Feb 18-21. Scholars will be allowed to shop for items before and after school, but they will only be allowed to enter if they have money with them.
Wednesday, Feb 19, 2025 hours are extended from 4-6 pm.

The KISD Bands will be performing their 2024 Christmas Concert on Monday, December 9th at the KJHS Auditorium at 7:00pm. We invite the community to attend our concert and celebrate the Christmas season with us!
Kermit Jr. High's 12 Days of Chrismas Dress-up Days will start on Thursday, December 5th, and go through Friday, December 20th.
Kermit is hosting a UIL Competition on December 4, 2024. This will be an early release day for students.
Construction on the front entrance and new vestibule at Kermit Junior High School will begin on Thursday, Nov 21 and is expected to last until Tuesday, Nov 26. Please do not try to enter through the front entrance. The temporary main entrance will be Door #2 on the North East side of the building.
