Kermit Independent School District is pleased to announce our new Superintendent, Dr. Rodney Schneider. Dr. Schneider has over thirty-four years of experience in education. Over twenty of those years were spent in the role of Superintendent. He has many years of experience leading districts that are very similar to Kermit ISD. He has a proven track record of improving educational outcomes, leading his last school district, Dublin ISD, to an “A” rating.

Dr. Schneider comes to us with an impressive list of credentials:

Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership, Texas Tech University

Master’s Degree in Education, Sul Ross University

Bachelor of Science in Education, North Dakota State University
